Frank Zocco is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations. He has been actively serving his accomplished corporate and individual clientele with their retirement plan and investment needs for more than 25 years. Frank prides himself on delivering innovative yet practical financial guidance, which, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plan placements, differentiates him and his approach to financial management and implementation services. In his day-to-day interactions with clients, Frank enjoys helping business owners maintain their retirement plans for employees as well as working with those employees to reach their financial goals.
Frank started his career as a fee-based financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors. There he was awarded the Mercury Award, which was given to new advisors that showed promising career potential. After leaving American Express, he worked for Aetna Financial Services (now Voya), as well as Citizens Investment Services. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations through Voya Financial Advisors and is licensed to offer Life, Health and Variable products in the state of Connecticut. In addition, he is a Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) advisor.
Frank is a published author, having written and had published many articles on financial topics throughout his career. He regularly provides workshops and seminars on financial issues to benefit the community and clientele he serves.
Frank actively gives back to the community where he lives and works by offering both his time and experience across various deserving professional and charitable organizations in the area. He is the past Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Salvation Army of Middletown. He is also past President of the Central Connecticut Business and Estate Planning Council as well as a past President of Middletown Little League. He was a Founding Member of Leave-A-Legacy of Middlesex County. He is a proud former member of the Rocky Hill Volunteer Ambulance, where he was an Executive Board Member. In addition, he is also a former advisor to the Rocky Hill Police Explorers.
Frank resides in Newington with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Frank enjoys music, photography and attending BBQ contests as a Certified BBQ judge.
